Our Story

Every great partnership starts with a single leap of faith. For us, that leap happened in 2025.

Our founder, Mike, was managing more than 20 short term rental properties largely on his own. Between guest communications, maintenance coordination, owner relations, and daily operations, there simply were not enough hours in the day. Like many business owners, he knew he needed support but hesitated to hand over important parts of the business. Would someone else care about the details as much as he did? Would the time spent training someone actually save time in the long run?

Despite the uncertainty, Mike decided to take the leap. That is when he met Kimmy.

Kimmy joined as a Guest Communication Specialist, and the impact was immediate. Guest communications became more organized, response times improved, and Mike finally had room to focus on higher value activities. As the business continued to grow, Kimmy took on more responsibility and eventually stepped into a Franchise Success Manager role, helping support operations and franchise development across the company.

The success of that first hire led to another important step. Michelle joined the team and took over much of the communication workload, creating even more operational freedom. With a strong support structure in place, Mike was no longer spending every hour working inside the business. Instead, he could focus on growing it.

That extra capacity led to the launch of a Fresh franchise and opened the door to new opportunities. What started as a solution to operational overwhelm had become a growth engine.
